A quest for a better burger and steaks led founder Gax Wan to open his own burger joint. Tired of the same old fast food options and disappointed with the "gourmet" burger restaurants, Gax decided to make his own gourmet burger and make it truly gourmet. After experimenting with a blend of different ground beefs, Gax was finally satisfied with his unique blend of Filet Mignon, Ribeye, and Prime Rib to make the best burger ever. But, not to leave out his vegetarian friends, Gax was sure to include plenty of vegetarian options on his menu.
After teaming up with the Executive Chef in January 2008, the two perfected the menu and experienced great success with Blues & Bees.
