Dining is never complete without a bittersweet ending – The dessert selection created at The Mangoes Café has a keen emphasis on the use of coffee. Created by our own in-house baker, she is a passionate connoisseur of delectable desserts. Her desire to explore unusual flavours has given her the impetus to create unique and distinctive cheesecakes.
The character of our food is defined by thoughtful cooking, using European cooking techniques to create contemporary cuisine infused with the vibrant local flavours Penang has to offer. Dishes are cooked from scratch with a strong emphasis on the use of coffee as a cooking ingredient.
